Teaching for Student Success town halls announced

As we prepare for another extraordinary semester this fall, it is critically important that instructors have all of the resources they need to ensure success in AU20 and beyond.

To help provide this support, the Offices of Academic Affairs, Student Academic Success, Distance Education and eLearning and Michael V. Drake Institute for Teaching and Learning have collaborated to present a series of three town halls: Teaching for Student Success in Autumn and Beyond.

These sessions will bring together individuals from multiple campuses, colleges and units across the university, and were organized with guidance and input from students.

The dates and topics of the three sessions are:

Tuesday, July 28, 3-4 p.m. Reducing Stress and Building Connection

Tuesday, August 4, 3-4 p.m. Creating Inclusive Learning Spaces, Wherever and However They Occur.

Tuesday, August 11, 3-4 p.m. Integration Resources and Pathways for Support

Sessions are geared toward instructors and teaching assistants, but are open to all Ohio State faculty and staff.

Registration is required. More information and registration links can be found here.
