2020 SciAccess Conference and Making Space for All

The 2020 SciAccess Conference, a free, all-day webinar dedicated to promoting disability inclusion in astronomy and STEM, will take place on June 29, 2020. This virtual event will feature keynote speaker Soyeon Yi, the first and only astronaut from South Korea, in addition to scientists and engineers with disabilities who will share their experiences in STEM.

The 2020 SciAccess Conference is organized in partnership with NASA, The Ohio State University Department of Astronomy, and the Center for Cosmology and AstroParticle Physics. The conference is the culminating event of Making Space for All, a weekly webinar series that features the work and voices of underrepresented scientists and students in the astrophysics community. Making Space for All takes place every Thursday at 3 p.m. until June 25. To learn more about this inclusive astronomy series, please visit https://astronomy.osu.edu/outreach/making-space-all.
