Introduction to CIRTL at Ohio State
CIRTL, the Center for the Integration of Research, Teaching, and Learning, is a network of more than 40 universities, including Ohio State, that collectively provide programming designed to support graduate students and postdocs in preparing for the teaching responsibilities of a faculty position. In this workshop, attendees will learn about the variety of teaching professional development opportunties provided to aspiring future faculty (graduate students and postdocs) at Ohio State through the university's CIRTL membership. Participants will be provided with important links and dates related to learning communities, research groups, and workshops (both local and cross-network) that will be available during the upcoming academic year. Participants will also be provided opportunity to consider and share questions.
