The Drake Institute offers unit-level consultations, customized workshops, and consultative services in support of program-level curriculum development and assessment to all Ohio State departments, programs, units and campuses. Programs engaged in curricular review, revision or development processes are encouraged to engage with Drake Institute staff experienced in program outcomes development, curriculum mapping and alignment processes, procedures for curricular needs analyses, and more.

Customized Workshops
Departments, programs, and other units around Ohio State often require customized solutions to meet the needs of their faculty and staff in addressing challenges related to teaching and learning. Often, these needs can be met through modifications to existing Institute offerings and resources. Drake Institute staff are happy to work with unit representatives and leadership in developing and facilitating customized training and workshop opportunities designed specifically to meet their unique needs.
Program Assessment
The Drake Institute recognizes the importance of strong program assessment plans and practices in supporting student outcome achievement, in responding to changes across the landscape of higher education, and in ensuring that accreditation standards are clearly and consistently met. The Drake Institute offers consultative services and collaborative support to programs in the planning and design, implementation, data collection and analysis, and iteration stages of the program assessment process.
