Lijun Catherine Liu, Ph.D., joined the Drake Institute in September 2022 as Data Analyst. Catherine holds multiple degrees across a range of disciplines, most recently earning a doctorate from University of Toledo College of Education with a focus on Educational Research, Measurement and Program Evaluation. She also holds an B.M. (M.D. equivalent) and M.S. in Pharmacology from the Capital Medical University, Beijing, China. Prior to coming to Ohio State, Catherine worked as a Research Associate at the Institutional Research Office at Owens Community College and served in graduate and research faculty roles at the University of Toledo College of Medicine and Life Sciences. Her areas of expertise include data reporting, statistics, measurement, assessment validation, survey design, and program evaluation.
