The Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) provides an opportunity for all instructors across all disciplines to formally explore and share their experiences in teaching and learning. Designed for anyone teaching, or interested in teaching at Ohio State, this workshop will provide an introduction to SoTL and will support participants in taking steps to begin their own SoTL project.

After this workshop participants will be able to:

  • describe how to get started in the scholarship of teaching and learning (SoTL)
  • begin developing and planning their own potential SoTL project
  • identify opportunities to receive support in engaging in SoTL at Ohio State
