During her time at Ohio State, Nikole Patson has worked with the Drake Institute to develop her own teaching pedagogy. She has earned the Inclusive Teaching and Course Design Institute endorsements. She completed Teaching@OhioState and successfully completed an IR portfolio. She has also contributed to the larger mission of the Drake Institute by serving as a FIT mentor during AY 20-21 and reviewing proposals for R&I grants.
