Hosted by:
University Libraries
September 28, 2020 (All day) to November 6, 2020 (All day)

We are excited to announce that we will be offering the Meaningful Inquiry virtual workshop again this semester. Through CarmenCanvas and Zoom, we will be offering the five modules of the workshop over 5 to 6 weeks beginning on Monday, September 28. The majority of the workshop will be completed asynchronously, but there will be 5 required synchronous discussion sessions. Participants should expect to spend roughly 2-2 ½ hours, which includes the synchronous discussion, on each of the five workshop modules. We will cap participation at 15. Registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis. We will compile a waiting list, in case someone is no longer able to participate.

If you are interested in registering, please visit: https://go.osu.edu/mionlineregister

The CarmenCanvas course will be available beginning the week of September 28, and the weekly synchronous group discussions will begin the week of October 5. Our final week will be the week of November 2. If you are interested in registering, we will ask you to identify your availability for the days/times for the weekly synchronous group discussions. To have your availability taken into consideration, please register by Thursday, September 24. You may register through Tuesday, September 29.

To qualify for the Meaningful Inquiry teaching endorsement through the Drake Institute, participants will need to:

  • Participate in each of the weekly synchronous group discussions,
  • Participate in each of the discussion boards, and
  • Complete a draft action plan.

We hope that you’ll join us for our virtual workshop!
