Dr. Amy Jauch is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Nursing at the College of Nursing and Director of the RN-BSN program. Amy earned an AD in Nursing from Central Texas College, BS in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University, MSN with emphasis on Nursing Education from Indianan Wesleyan University, and DNP from Ohio State University.
Amy taught nursing at a small health sciences college before coming to Ohio State in 2015. Her teaching experiences span from the clinical and laboratory settings to in-person and online classrooms. She has contributed to a variety of nursing textbooks as a co-clinical editor, chapter editor, and test item writer. Amy was awarded an Affordable Learning Exchange Grant in 2016, which eliminated nursing textbook costs for students in the RN-BSN program by leveraging open and university provided resources. She is an active member of The National Education Progression in Nursing Collaborative, a teaching strategy reviewer for Quality and Safety Education for Nurses, and a peer reviewer for Nurse Education Today.
